When you create the gift card, you select the date and time for when the gift card is delivered to the recipient.

The gift card is delivered in the app and your friend is either notified via push or text message that a gift card is waiting inside the Pinchos app.

Unfortunately, SMS is not 100% reliable, but the recipient only needs to log into the app to get their gift card. If they have logged into the app and still have not received a gift card, it is probably the wrong number that was entered at the time of purchase. That's what happens! The recipient does not already need the app when sending the gift card. However, in order to view and use the gift card, the recipient needs to download and log into the app.

Easy peasy! You choose "USE GIFT CARD" after choosing whether to use the bonus or not. Then, in the next step, you get to choose which gift card you want to use. Then it works just like a regular payment.

The validity period of gift cards are pending market specific legislation.

Sweden/Norway/Finland: One (1) year. The validity period is calculated from the date the gift card was issued.

Denmark: Three (3) years. The validity period is calculated from the date the gift card was issued.

Germany: Three (3) years. The validity period is calculated from December 31st of the year the gift card was issued.

You have two weeks to cancel your purchase under the terms of purchase, provided it is not exhausted. Contact us at payments@pinchos.se and send with your telephone number to cancel the purchase.
