Allergener
Our menus state the allergens in all of our dishes, so you can choose what works for you. If there is a dish that you would like to adjust, we will always do our best to find a solution that works for you. Please contact someone in the restaurant, so that you can discuss your options – every kitchen is different. Find your restaurant on the Restaurants page, where you will also find the relevant contact details.
At the top of our menu you will find a link to the allergen info, you can choose to see specific or all allergens on our products. We will flag when the allergen is in the ingredient list. Important for you to know is that all our products are made in the same environment, therefore, traces of all allergens can occur in all products. If allergen info is missing on any product, this is also clearly marked in the menu. If you have any questions, you can always contact someone in the staff!
At our restaurants, all food is cooked in the same kitchen and each kitchen has different conditions, depending on size and design. In some of our restaurants, there is therefore co-frying. This means we fry several different dishes in the same vessel. Tracers of various allergens can therefore be found in all dishes.
If you want us to be extra careful when handling your specific dishes, you should contact someone on site in the restaurant. We will do our best to minimize the risks of cross-contamination.

At present, we do not have gluten-free bread per standard in our restaurants. Simply, we haven't found a gluten-free bread with the right size, that holds the quality required and can be delivered to our entire chain. However, some restaurants have found a gluten-free alternative locally, so it is always best to ask someone in the staff at the restaurant to be sure!
In the app you have the opportunity to see what allergens our products contain. We declare allergens that are included in the ingredients of each product. However, trace elements of all allergens can always be present in all products, since they are prepared in the same environment. If you tell someone on site, we will do our best to minimize the risk of cross-contamination.
