In order to avoid queueing inside and outside our restaurants, we now allow fewer guests to book at the same time.

When you pick up your take away order, our staff will get the food for you. You just wait by the door and thereby avoid too many people.

Our chefs now only mark one order at a time as finished. This leads to no queueing or overcrowded food pickups.

We now have more space between our tables. You will be seated on the recommended distance from other guests.

In order to minimise the number of contact areas, you are now welcome to pick up water bottles, glasses, cutlery, and napkins at the bar.

Our kitchen staff regularly wash and disinfect their hands. They use kitchen gloves at all times while in the kitchen. The gloves are changed regularly - at least once every hour and after coming in contact with other things than food.

We always handle our popcorn in a safe way and the popcorn cups are now filled in advance.

We regularly clean and disinfect all areas in the restaurant that many guests and employees touch, such as door handles, screens, and payment terminals.

Soap and hand sanitizer are always available. We ensure that our employees follow our strict hand washing procedure.

Our employees keep their distance and we provide you with the right conditions to take own responsibility.

We now clean our bathrooms extra carefully at least once an hour.

Our employees are regularly educated on safe ways of working. When they feel safe and up to date on new information, they are able to give you that special Pincho Nation experience.

2. Feel free to use our take away service if you want to avoid too many people.
3. Keep your distance from other guests and our employees.
4. Please wait outside if there is a line at the entrance.
5. When your orders are ready, please choose only one person to go pick up your food and drinks. You can also ask our staff for help.
6. Please make a reservation, as we now allow fewer guests in our restaurants at the same time.
7. Please keep your distance when waiting for the bathroom.
8. Make sure that you have the latest version of our app.
9. Connect to our wifi so our notifications can reach you. It is important that you allow us to send you notifications.
10. Keep your phone close at hand so you are ready to pick up your orders when we notify you.
